Corporate Coaching - Empowering Women in Business
According to the International Labour Organization (2019), having women in senior management positions can increase a company's profitability by up to 20%. Furthermore, companies that show genuine interest in their employees' satisfaction and growth gain their commitment.
Likewise, it is known that women face different challenges in the professional field, such as balancing family and work, having the same growth opportunities (glass ceiling) and salary as their peers, barriers we create ourselves (cement ceiling), stereotypes, among others.
The goal of this corporate coaching program for women is to help them recognize their strengths, empower themselves, and take their leadership and self-confidence to the next level. It also helps them find the balance they need in their lives so they can continue growing in their careers within the organization and become the next generation of executives who can contribute to closing the still-wide gender gap.
